Mentri
How it works

A coaching workspace that holds the work between sessions.

Mentri captures the session, holds the context around it, and keeps the work moving — so you walk into each conversation already oriented and leave the post-session lift to the system.

The coaching loop, end to end

Mentri is built around the live coaching session. Everything else — preparation, capture, recaps, reflection, between-session continuity — sits around that core event. The diagram below walks the loop from your perspective, and each feature chip links into a dedicated page on what it is, how it works, and what shapes the output.

Before the session

Walk in already oriented.

Session Prep pulls together the relationship history, the client's onboarding context, and what has happened between sessions — open threads from the last conversation, Companion activity, client responses to nudges — so each session starts from where the work left off.

During the session

Your attention stays with the client.

Mentri Transcriber joins the session as an invited participant. Recording, transcription, and analysis run in the background. Once the session ends, the transcript is linked to the client's timeline and feeds into the post-session outputs with no manual upload or copy-paste.

After the session

Outputs for the client. Reflection for you.

Client Recap is a structured post-session summary shaped by the client's context and your coaching style. You review and edit it in the platform, then send when you are ready. Nudges are follow-through prompts drafted from what was discussed and scheduled for later in the week — again, reviewed and approved by you before they reach the client.

On the coach side, Coaching Debrief is a structured reflection on the session read through your own methods, frameworks, and development priorities. Private to you, never shown to the client, and accumulating over time into a view of your practice.

Between sessions

The client has somewhere to think.

AI Companion is a context-aware reflective space the client can interact with directly between sessions. Its behaviour is shaped by your coaching style, the client's onboarding context, the session history, and prior Companion chats. Every chat is visible in your portal, with a full transcript and an AI-generated summary on the client's timeline.

Across the practice

Your wider practice in one view.

Beyond any single client, Mentri gives you a view across your practice — recent activity, active and paused clients, and emerging patterns. Mentri Assistant sits across the workspace and pulls material from your portal on demand, so you can interrogate a client's history, find a thread from three sessions ago, or surface patterns across clients without re-reading everything.

The context layer

Why the outputs feel specific to your work.

Every output you see — recap, nudges, Companion, prep, debrief — is shaped by four kinds of input: your coaching style and methodology, the client's relationship and working context, the session transcript itself, and the history of interactions between sessions.

That combined context is what lets Mentri generate outputs that read as specific to this coach, with this client. The conceptual detail lives on a dedicated page.

Where coach judgement sits

The live session stays human.

Mentri is designed so that AI supports the coaching relationship. The coach remains the coach, and the live session is the human event; the product sits around it.

Client-facing outputs — Client Recap and Nudges — are drafted by the system and reviewed, edited, and sent by you. The AI Companion is shaped by the wider context system, and every Companion chat is visible in your portal — full transcript and AI-generated summary. Coach-facing outputs — Session Prep, Coaching Debrief, and Mentri Assistant — are for your eyes, to support preparation, reflection, and development across your work.
