Mentri
For coaching associations

AI is already in the room.
The question is how.

Coaches are asking their associations what to do about AI. We'd like to be part of the conversation about what a responsible answer looks like.

Associations are trying to get ahead of something that's moving fast.

AI tools are already entering coaching practices — some thoughtfully, many not. Coaches are turning to generic platforms that weren't built with coaching ethics in mind. Tools that don't account for confidentiality, professional boundaries, or the primacy of the human relationship.

Associations are working out how to respond. Whether that means guidance, recommendations, standards, or something else — we think that's important work, and we want to support it.

We didn't build an AI coach.
We built a workspace that supports human ones.

Mentri was designed from the beginning with coaching's core values in mind.

  • AI is a support — the human coach stays central and in control
  • The coach reviews and approves every AI output before it reaches a client
  • Session transcripts are de-identified before any AI processing
  • Client data is never used to train AI models
  • EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant
  • Designed in adherence with the ICF's AI Coaching Standards

We're not asking for a rubber stamp.

We're interested in dialogue. Scrutiny, if that's useful. Genuine collaboration, if the fit is right.

That might look like a conversation about how Mentri aligns with your current guidance or standards. A pilot with member coaches exploring responsible AI use. Joint materials to help members navigate the tools that are out there. Or a formal recommendation — if you're satisfied it's warranted.

We'll follow your lead.

Coaches who don't find a responsible platform will find an irresponsible one.

The question for coaching associations isn't whether AI enters the profession. It's already there. The question is whether the tools coaches adopt are built for the ethics and standards the profession stands for.

We think that's worth shaping. And we'd rather shape it with you.

Curious about Mentri?

We'd love to hear from your association — whether you're forming guidance, evaluating tools, or just starting the conversation.
